As we work with global suppliers, shipping times may vary based on your location and the supplier's origin. The following times are estimates and are not guaranteed:

Other GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 10-25 business days.

Rest of the World: 15-40 business days.

6. Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and accurate. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address due to erroneous information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed by the customer, a reshipping fee may be applied, or the original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund (if a refund is possible).
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
