To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important:

  • Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For non-defective items, please contact us to discuss the available options.

We will provide you with instructions and the return address (note: some returns may need to be sent directly to our international suppliers).


Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at rgbnest1996@gmail.com with photos/videos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale/discounted products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or verify the issue remotely), we will notify you about the status of your refund.
